The Lady Patriots start the New Year with a convincing win against Northridge HS. After a bit of a slow start Homewood turned up the defense and held NHS to no more than 7 points per quarter. Notable contributors were Ajah Wayne with 15 points and 10 rebounds, Shelby Hardy and Maya Cook-Stroupe both added 10 points while Hardy also had 6 rebounds and Hannah Barber dished out 6 assists to go along with 8 points. The Patriots were 86% from the free throw line going 19-22 for the game with Lia Roberson, Kayla Mikula, Kalia Cunningham, Hannah Barber, Shelby Hardy and Maya Cook-Stroupe all shooting 100% from the charity stripe!
