Varsity Girls Soccer moves on to the State Finals Championship!

The Patriots traveled to John Hunt Soccer Complex in Huntsville to defeat Decatur High School 8-0 in the semi final match. Maggie O’Hare led the scoring with a hat trick with two unassisted goals–one from a free kick–and the third from a well-played pass by Audrey Nabors. Eleanor Kyle shot two balls in the back of the net with one assisted by O’Hare. Nabors, Claire Touliatos, and Hannah Hensarling each put a tally on the scoreboard as well. Lizzie Oliver and Allison Kachelhofer also made assists in the match.

Goalkeeper Jada Repp posted the 16th clean slate for the season with a defense led by Lilly Lowery and Oliver. Homewood plays in the AYSSA State Final Championship against Chelsea High School at John Hunt Soccer Complex in Huntsville at 10:00 am. This is the first time that the Homewood Lady Patriots have played in the state final championship match. Come out and support your Homewood High School Varsity Girls Soccer Team!
