Homewood Falls to Hoover

The Homewood boys soccer team fought hard but came up short in muddy conditions against Hoover last night. The final score ended 3-0. Our boys play again Thursday against Altamont on the road.

At Homewood, the host Patriots(7-0) swept a doubleheader from Daphne. In game 1, Senior Alex Hammond improved to 2-0 with a complete game 4 hitter as the Patriots won 11-1 in 6 innings. Hammond gave up one run on 4 hits, a walk and 7 ks. Offensively, John Marc Mullins was 2-4 with 3 rbis

Homewood Girls Advance to the 6A Finals

Game Time Change

The AHSAA will delay the girls game time to 10:00 a.m. and the boys game at 11:30. Homewood City Schools will start at 10:00 a.m. Students with pre-purchased tickets should check-in with an administrator at the game. Students traveling on school buses to game will check in at school and depart at 10:10 for both

Basketball Games Rescheduled

The AHSAA has rescheduled the boys and girls basketball games to Thursday, February 26th. 6A Girls 9:00 a.m. 6A Boys 10:30 a.m. All Games will be played at the BJCC. Pre-sold tickets will be honored on Thursday – All Travel arrangements will remain the same. Please keep checking for any changes made to Thursday’s schedule.
