Oak Mountain Game Changed to Thu. Nov. 13

The OMHS Girls Basketball game has been changed to Thursday Nov. 13 @ 6 pm.  It is a home game and all basketball games that were originally scheduled for Friday will be rescheduled to Thursday.

Congratulations to the Homewood Boys Cross Country for winning the 6A State Championship and to the Homewood Girls Cross Country for finishing as the 6A runner-up.

Lady Patriots win season opener against Fairfield

Lady Patriots defeat Fairfield in their season opener 71- 41.  Three players finished in double figures:  Ajah Wayne-18 points/12 rebounds, Hannah Barber-12 points/4 steals, and Shelby Hardy 11 points/7 rebounds.  Kassidy Crawford added 9 points and Sakeria Hollis chipped in 8 points, shooting 85% from the foul line.  Tori Webb was the second leading rebounder
