Pats win and advance

Pats lose on Senior Night

The Patriots dropped a 9-6 decision to Ben Russell on Senior Night last night.  Offensively, the Pats were led by seniors John Marc Mullins, SJ Ramsay, and Trey Sims who each had 2 hits.  Sims’ night included 2 rbi with a 2 strike single in the 7th as Homewood tried to mount a comeback.  Senior

At Homewood, the Patriots (23-8) defeated Ramsay 9-6 to finish area play.  Luke Hindman went 3-3 at the plate with a bomb and Austin Spiers went 3-4 with 3 rbis to pace the Homewood offense.  Going into the bottom of the 4th, the Patriots trailed 2-1.  After 2 quick outs, Jacob Fitts drew a walk.

Pats clinch area championship
