Lucas Lamb signs with Birmingham Southern

Lucas Lamb signed a scholarship with the Birmingham Southern College Cross Country and Track and Field program.  The Panthers are part of the Southern Athletic Conference.  Lamb will be joining his Patriot teammate Alvin Finch at Birmingham Southern.

The Homewood Boys 4×800 relay team won the state championship today. The team of Logan Justice, Brady Cassell, Jack Gray, and Will Stone finished with a time of 8:17.80.  The girls team of Edie Smith, Hannah Brook Gibbons, Adah Allen, and Celie Jackson finished third with a time of  10:19.10 Both teams are currently in

Will Stone captures 3200 meter championship, Patriots take over first place

Will Stone won the 3200 meter run this morning in Gulf Shores.  With Stone and Celie Jackson (girls 3200 meter run champion)  capturing first place, the Patriots have moved into first place for the boys and girls division.  You can follow the AHSAA Track State Championships by clicking HERE

Patriots have a strong start to the 6A Track and Field State Championships

The Homewood Patriot Track and Field teams have started off the 2018 championships in exciting fashion.  Cecile Jackson was the first on the podium for the Patriots, finishing in third place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:14.93.  Will Stone followed up with a first place finish in the 1600 meter run
