Homewood City Schools athletic participation forms are on-line at www.dragonflymax.com  All student-athletes participating  in athletics, grades 7-12, for the 2020-2021 school year, will be required to complete the forms.  The Dragonflymax forms must be 100% complete before students are allowed to participate in any summer activity.
